Earring Care
Looking after your beautiful new earrings is very important!
Please remember that these are hand made and not indestructible.
- Please make sure they're stored in a dry place, preferably on an earring display.
- To take off the card or off your ears, carefully pinch the earring back and slide gently from the earring stud. Try to not flex or bend clay too heavily.
- Please avoid direct water exposure, this can tarnish jump rings and may cause issues with foils.
- Please do not sleep in your dangles... I know they are beautiful, but your lobes and earrings will not be happy for it.
Raw Brass Components: One thing you need to know about raw brass parts - they oxidise when exposed to the oxygen in the air, which in turn results in a tarnish or patina on the surface that keeps it from looking clean and bright.
There are many ways to polish raw brass parts: with ketchup, or lemon and baking soda, or brass polish, etc..
Jump Rings: Your Jump rings may tarnish. This can be caused by moisture/humidity or just over time. To keep them looking fresh, I suggest using a jewellery cloth to polish them every now and then.
Returns will not be granted for items not taken care of.
For hygienic reasons, no returns on change of mind are offered.
