All your gorgeous purchases will be safely packaged in boxes and sent at Australia Post domestic and international parcel rates.
- Once your purchase has been packaged and posted, I will email you your individual tracking number (if applicable).
- Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be packaged and dispatched.
- Orders are dispatched from Hervey Bay, Queensland, Australia.
Domestic Shipping:
- Standard postage usually takes between 3-5 business days
- Postage times with Australia Post vary from location to location within Australia. You can track your order on the website below:

- Express shipping can be purchased for an additional cost. Please note that express shipping does not guarantee faster handling time.
International Shipping:
Yes we ship internationally (Whoop) I have included at check out the shipping costs for New Zealand, USA/Canada ,UK, Ireland, Netherlands and Singapore. All other countries I have put a flat rate on.
- Tracking times internationally are an estimate only. This estimate is set by Australia post and does not include handling time.
- Please note that shipping internationally does not always include tracking. Tracking options are available for the above stated countries, All others do not include tracking.
- I hold no responsibility for lost parcels & unfortunately cannot replace lost goods due to their one of a kind handmade nature. Please allow up to 5 business days do for order processing & packaging.
Issues:
Lost Parcel - Please contact Australia Post via telephone or submit an enquiry on their website. Unfortunately I cannot replace missing items due to their one-off handmade nature, but please contact me if you have any issues.
Returns / Exchanges? Unfortunately for health & hygiene purposes I cannot accept returns, exchanges or change of minds on earrings. However, if there are any issues please contact me directly.
